January 2012 - Important changes to 'My NLS' functionality

We have recently completed a review of the functionality offered by the NLS website. This review has looked at those areas of the website that customers visit regularly and those less frequently.

Over the last 12 months we have monitored usage of the 'My NLS' area of the site. 'My NLS' functionality affords customers access to a library of their past reports. Since its introduction, access to this area of the website has steadily declined down to just a few occasional logins today.

It is our understanding that customers prefer to retain their own copies of past reports and therefore have little need to access these via the website. In the interests of keeping the website's content relevant to our customers, we are planning to suspend this functionality from the 1st February 2012. Copies of previous NLS reports can still be obtained via our Customer Service team.
