The results are now in from our third annual on-line customer survey which was conducted in March 2010. Thank you to all those who participated.
Over 80% of respondents told us that they would recommend the NLS (66% in 2009) to a colleague.

Performance & Turnaround
We measure our performance in terms of each completed batch of customer samples, delivered as a final report, on or before the due date. In other words, a customer's entire job and not just the average of each of the samples that makes up that job.

April 2010 - NLS hosts a series of customer workshops at this year's SustainabilityLive! exhibition at Birmingham's NEC. Popular with customers is a Passive Sampling workshop, delivered by NLS R&D Scientist Anthony Gravell.
